Job Description

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership
Define and execute the enterprise Data & Analytics strategy aligned with business goals.
Lead the overall data roadmap covering data governance, analytics, BI, and AI initiatives.
Data Architecture & Engineering
Architect and implement cloud-native data ecosystems using Microsoft Azure and Databricks.
Design and build scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines.
Develop and manage modern lakehouse architectures and enterprise data platforms.
Data Governance & Quality
Establish and enforce enterprise-wide data governance frameworks and standards.
Drive Master Data Management (MDM) and data quality initiatives across business functions.
Analytics, BI & AI/ML
Oversee enterprise reporting, dashboards, and insights using Power BI.
Lead AI/ML initiatives leveraging Azure ML, Vertex AI, and Databricks MLFlow.
Enable advanced analytics and predictive insights for business stakeholders.
Leadership & Team Management
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across data engineering, BI, data science, and data governance.
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and best practices within the data organization.
Drive and manage partner and vendor ecosystems to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Experience:

15–20+ years of overall IT experience.
Proven experience in Data & Analytics with at least one enterprise-grade platform implementation.
Strong expertise in Azure or GCP-based data and analytics platforms.

Desired Qualification

Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
