Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational requirements and translating them into effective software solutions. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with evolving business objectives and operational workflows. The engineer actively participates in refining application features and optimizing performance to support seamless business operations throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth of junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Master Data Governance to support complex business processes.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and master data management best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP MDG configurations and workflows.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP MDG and other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications within the SAP MDG environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- This position is based at our AMDC1A - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
