Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned CEO / Country Head / Business Head with deep expertise in Industrial IoT, industrial technology, and enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding with proven commercial leadership, enterprise sales expertise, P&L ownership, and the ability to build and scale businesses in high-growth environments.

Key Requirements

• Industrial IoT Expertise: 12+ years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in Industrial IoT, predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, or related industrial technologies. Strong understanding of the end-to-end technology stack, including sensors, edge computing, connectivity, cloud platforms, AI/ML, and industrial diagnostics.
• Enterprise Sales & Multi-Sector Experience: Proven track record of selling and deploying industrial technology solutions across at least three of the following sectors: Cement, Steel, Pharmaceuticals, Automotive, FMCG, Chemicals, Water & Utilities.
• Business Building & Commercial Leadership: Experience scaling businesses within fast-growing technology companies or startups, with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, resource-constrained environments. Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, negotiate and close enterprise deals, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
• P&L Ownership: Proven experience managing business P&L, revenue targets, budgets, profitability, and overall business performance, with a strong focus on sustainable growth.
• Executive Presence & Leadership: Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to represent the organization effectively with enterprise customers, CXOs, channel partners, strategic stakeholders, and investors. Comfortable engaging at both boardroom and industrial plant levels.
• Fundraising Experience – Preferred: Exposure to early-stage venture capital fundraising, ideally having participated in fundraising activities from Seed through Series B from the founder or senior leadership perspective.
• Education – Preferred: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. An MBA from a reputed institution will be an added advantage.
• Global & Indian Market Knowledge – Preferred: Experience working with or expanding into US, Southeast Asian, or Middle Eastern markets. Strong understanding of the Indian industrial ecosystem, including PLI schemes, BRSR/ESG requirements, manufacturing trends, and industrial CAPEX cycles.
