Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable business value by thoroughly assessing the current operational state. The role includes capturing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and defining comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. Throughout the day, the Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions and effective operating models. Additionally, the role supports ongoing transformation efforts by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance during the implementation of key strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across multiple teams and business units.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and communication of business architecture frameworks to support organizational strategy.
- Facilitate alignment between business objectives and technology capabilities to ensure seamless integration.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aveva OSIsoft PI.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions and operating models.
- Ability to develop comprehensive business cases that support transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with diverse teams effectively.
- Capability to guide and support the implementation of strategic business initiatives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Aveva OSIsoft PI.
- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
