This includes gathering and understanding high-level requirements from various stakeholders and shaping comprehensive business solutions. The role requires translating complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and designing effective operating models. Additionally, the Business Architect supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering collaboration across departments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending innovative solutions.

• This position is based at our AMDC1A - NON-STPI location.
