Summary: As a Business Architect, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments, identifying high-level customer requirements, and developing business solutions to achieve the vision. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development of business strategies. - Conduct market research and analysis. - Create detailed business plans. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Strong understanding of business process modeling. - Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering. - Knowledge of CRM implementation best practices. - Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Dynamics CRM solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
