Business Analyst ERP 1 To 3 Year

Responsibilities

• Support ERP Consultants in gathering and analyzing business requirements, ensuring all functional specifications are documented clearly.
• Work alongside the ERP Consultant to map out business processes, identify gaps, and propose solutions for business improvement.
• Assist in configuring Odoo ERP modules (Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Accounting, etc.) according to client-specific requirements and business processes.
• Create user stories, functional specifications, and test cases to guide the implementation and ensure the solution meets business goals.
• Participate in workshops and client meetings to gather requirements, clarify business processes, and gather feedback.
• Help with data migration, ensuring data from legacy systems is accurately transferred to Odoo ERP during implementation.
• Assist in preparing and conducting end-user training sessions to ensure the smooth adoption of ERP.
• Collaborate with the technical team (developers) to support them in understanding business needs and translating them into technical requirements.
• Provide ongoing post-implementation support, assisting clients with
• troubleshooting, configuration changes, and minor customizations as needed.
• Contribute to regular project updates, ensuring project milestones and timelines are adhered to.
  
  

• 1+ years experience in ERP Business Analysis or Consulting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and understand business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
• Experience with documenting business requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and test cases.
• Basic knowledge of Odoo ERP modules, their functionalities, and their configuration options.
• Strong written & oral communication skills
