Business Analyst- Ecommerce 2 To 3 Years

Roles-Responsibilities & What Youll Be Learning As Business Analyst

• IT Industry- Candidate must have experience from eCommerce Projects
• Business / Solution Analysis - Youll be responsible for making the first analysis of requirements so gather and analyze business requirements related to eCommerce
• Facilitate integration between eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Shop ware, Symphony, WooCommerce etc...)
• Documentation - Youll be responsible for documenting all the requirements and explaining the same to the development team.
• Problem-solving - Youll be responsible for learning new frameworks and doing research and analysis for the clients & will be responsible to get the problems solved by coordinating the problems with Management and Technical team.
• Client Communication - Youll be responsible for making sure all the communication with clients happens smoothly and clients get regular updates
• Pro-active approach - You should be proactive to identify the risks and understanding where we might have issues in terms of projects and clients.
• Consulting: In the future, youll be consulting your client and making sure we get customer success.
  
  

• Strong knowledge of at least one eCommerce platform (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Shop ware, Symphony, WooCommerce etc...)
• Client Onboarding
• Good Training skills
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
• Have an eye for detail
• Confident in direct client interaction and able to provide an effective solution

• Good communication and presentation skill required
