Job Overview

We are looking for a BIM Modeler with mandatory Scan-to-BIM experience to develop accurate Architectural and Structural BIM models from point cloud data. The candidate should be proficient in Revit and familiar with BIM coordination workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Create Architectural and Structural BIM models in Revit from point cloud data.Develop accurate as-built models following project requirements and LOD standards.Perform point cloud-based modeling and quality checks.Create and manage Revit families.Conduct clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.Prepare and review drawings in AutoCAD.Use Bluebeam for markups and documentation review.Coordinate with project teams to ensure model accuracy and consistency.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.1–2 years of Scan-to-BIM experience (Mandatory).Experience working with point cloud data (RCP/RCS/E57).Knowledge of Architectural and Structural modeling.Good communication and teamwork skills.
