Job Overview

Looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled BIM Architect to join the Ahmedabad team. The candidate will work on Architectural working drawings for USA projects and deliver high-quality 3D BIM models across Architectural and Structural disciplines. This role is suitable for candidates interested in BIM technologies, modelling accuracy, and global US project execution.

Key Responsibilities

BIM Modelling & Development

• Develop accurate and coordinated 3D BIM models.
• Convert design data into coordinated and intelligent BIM models.
• Work across project domains including Architecture and Structure.
• Develop construction documentation from schematic design.

Coordination & Quality Control

• Ensure BIM models meet project standards, LOD requirements, and client expectations.
• Coordinate with internal teams for design development and working drawings.
• Perform quality checks to ensure model accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Identify and resolve modelling and coordination issues.

Documentation & Deliverables

• Assist in preparing architectural drawings, schedules, and project documentation.
• Support the development of working drawings for USA projects.
• Maintain project files and documentation.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed and submitted within timelines.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with BIM tools and workflows.
• Develop knowledge of US Architecture practices.
• Contribute to improving BIM modelling and documentation processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Arch in Architecture or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in BIM, CAD, or the architectural domain.
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows, including CAD to BIM.
• Familiarity with:
• Autodesk Revit
• AutoCAD
• AutoCAD Architecture
• TrueView
• Basic understanding of Architectural and Structural systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and model accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
