Australian Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an Australian Accounts Executive with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Australian bookkeeping, year-end finalisation, and taxation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Xero (mandatory), preparing financial statements, Australian tax returns, bank reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with Australian accounting and taxation standards. Candidates should possess excellent English communication skills, be able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle Australian bookkeeping for multiple clients.

* Perform year-end finalisation and prepare financial statements.

* Prepare and review Australian tax returns.

* Manage bank reconciliations, journals, and month-end closing.

* Ensure compliance with Australian accounting and taxation standards.

* Work efficiently using Xero for day-to-day accounting activities.

Required Skills:

* Hands-on experience in Australian bookkeeping.

* Strong knowledge of year-end finalisation and financial statement preparation.

* Experience in Australian taxation and tax return preparation.

* *Xero experience is mandatory.*

* Excellent English communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Timing : 11:00 am - 8:00 pm
