Associate Software Engineer - Salesforce

Position: Associate Salesforce Engineer

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 1 year

Required Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of Salesforce experience (Admin + Apex exposure).
• Good understanding of Salesforce fundamentals, including:
• Standard objects & relationships
• Validation rules, formulas, email alerts
• Profiles, permission sets, sharing model
• Hands-on experience with Flows is mandatory.
• Hands-on knowledge of Apex, SOQL/DML, and simple trigger logic.
• Ability to write and maintain Apex test methods.
• Strong communication, documentation skills, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work with clear direction and follow best practices.
• Exposure to LWC or basic JavaScript.
• Consistent academic record of 75% and above.
• Basic understanding of AI capabilities within Salesforce (such as Einstein AI, predictive insights, or AI-driven automation) and willingness to leverage AI tools for development productivity.
  
  

• Understanding of JSON and simple integration concepts.
• Experience with deployments.
• Understanding of Salesforce security concepts (OWD, roles, permission sets).
• Ability to create simple process flow diagrams using Lucidchart/Draw.io.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools or prompt-based coding assistants to enhance efficiency in Apex, flows, or configuration tasks.
