Associate Partner

Key Responsibilities 1. Client Ownership & Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of international clients
• Build strong, long-term relationships with founders, CEOs, and stakeholders
• Understand client business models and provide tailored financial insights
• Financial Oversight & Advisory
• Oversee end-to-end finance functions (AP, AR, GL, reporting)
• Review financial statements and ensure accuracy and compliance
• Provide strategic insights on cash flow, profitability, and cost optimization
• Support decision-making with data-driven financial analysis
• Team Leadership & Delivery Management
• Manage and mentor a team of finance associates and analysts
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery across all client engagements
• Set processes, review work, and maintain service standards
• Business Growth & Revenue Contribution
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
• Support new client onboarding and scoping discussions
• Contribute to revenue growth and client retention
• Process Optimization & Automation
• Drive efficiency through automation and system improvements
• Implement best practices across accounting and reporting workflows
• Work with tools like Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, and other fintech solutions
• Compliance & Governance
• Ensure adherence to UK/US accounting standards and regulations
• Oversee audit readiness and documentation
• Maintain strong internal controls across client accounts
  
  

• CA / ACCA / CPA / MBA (Finance) preferred
• 5–8+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or advisory roles
• Experience handling international clients (UK/US preferred)
• Strong understanding of financial statements and business finance
• Prior experience in team management and client handling
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Exposure to startups, SaaS, or high-growth businesses
• Strong commercial acumen (revenue, margins, pricing)
