Role Overview

We are looking for an Associate AI Executor with 1–2 years of experience who is passionate about applying AI tools and technologies to real-world business problems. This role is execution-focused and ideal for candidates who are early in their AI/ML journey and eager to work on building, integrating, and supporting AI-driven solutions under the guidance of senior team members.

You will work closely with AI Executors, product teams, and backend developers to implement AI features, experiment with models, and support production deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and integrating AI/ML features into backend systems using Python.
• Support the training, testing, and deployment of ML models under supervision.
• Work with AI platforms and APIs such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar tools to implement AI-driven functionality.
• Help in building and maintaining REST APIs and micro services for AI components.
• Perform data pre-processing, basic model evaluation, and result validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into executable AI tasks.
• Debug issues, optimize basic workflows, and ensure reliability of AI pipelines.
• Stay updated with new AI tools, frameworks, and best practices, and proactively learn through hands-on tasks.
  
  

• 1–2 years of experience in software development, AI/ML, or related roles (internships included).
• Strong foundational knowledge of Python for backend or AI-related development.
• Basic hands-on experience with ML/data libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, or similar.
• Exposure to AI/LLM platforms or APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Hugging Face, LangChain).
• Experience or familiarity with workflow automation tools such as n8n and/or Zapier for building AI-driven automations and integrations.
• Understanding of REST APIs and basic micro services concepts.
• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
