Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition

Purpose of the Role

As a Talent Acquisition professional, you will play a critical role in developing and executing talent acquisition

strategies aligned with business goals, will focus on building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline by

identifying key capabilities for the future and delivering on short-, medium-, and long-term hiring needs. Your

role will involve defining sourcing strategies, driving innovation, and fostering collaboration across HR, Talent

Acquisition, and business teams to ensure the successful delivery of recruitment goals and alignment with

global strategies.

Job Context

• Be responsible for the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process within a designated area.

• Build a pipeline of qualified leads to meet both current and anticipated business needs.
• Be aligned with Global Recruitment and country policies/guidelines.
• Foster relationships with your team and business by providing consultation, project management
  
  

• Assist the line managers with the analysis of each recruitment channel, including employee referral
  
  

• Conduct market mapping of selected roles.
• Weekly data update to hiring manager.
