Job Description:
Designation: Assistant Engineer
Department: EHS
Experience: 03-5 Years
Location: Gujarat
- Round the work site periodically to verify that the work is carried out under safe conditions, with no violations of EHS requirements.
- Assist to evaluate risk for all activities and integrate EHS requirements for effectively managing the risk while planning for the activity.
- Advise promptly the construction supervisors and workers of the corrective action when any unsafe conditions or violations are observed.
- Check each work procedure from the EHS point of view and advise the construction supervisors before commencement of work and while working.
- Closely work with PSP Site EHS Lead and ensure that no contradictory work methods are practiced during construction.
- Support EHS Lead in preparing incident report and its investigation.
- Check on the use of all types of personal protective equipment effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Maintain Daily EHS observation log book at site.
- Participate Tool Box talks along with Site Engineers/supervisors.
- Support EHS Lead for EHS activities such as Training Program, Motivational & Promotion activities.
