Key Responsibilities

• Drive Personal Loan business through the DSA channel in Ahmedabad.
• Identify, onboard and manage new DSAs and channel partners.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing DSAs and ensure regular business flow.
• Drive monthly sourcing, login, approval and disbursement targets.
• Monitor DSA productivity and improve business contribution from each partner.
• Ensure quality sourcing with minimum rejection and delinquency.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Product and Collections teams for smooth processing.
• Track market trends, competitor activity and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to bank policies, compliance and sales processes.
• Mentor and guide the sales/DSA team to achieve business targets.
  
  

• Strong experience in Personal Loan / Unsecured Loan sales through DSA.
• Should have an existing DSA/channel network in Ahmedabad.
• Good understanding of sourcing, login, approval and disbursement process.
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented with proven track record of achieving sales numbers.
• Candidates from Banks/NBFCs/Fintechs with relevant PL-DSA experience preferred.
