Job Purpose

Duties And Responsibilities

•  Responsible for acquisition of BFL?s CD dealers and deepening the relationship for the following Pre-approved products
•  Revolving Line of credit
•  LAP, HL,
•  LAP/HL Flexi loans
•  Business Loans
•  Responsible for delivery of annual operating plan across the following metrics:
•  Maintain regular customer connect
•  To complete renewals on time.
• Loan book size, higher utilisation
•  Portfolio credit quality (i.e. Delinquencies & Cost of Credit)
•  Interest Spreads
• Cross Sell
•  Healthy portfolio mix
•  Develop annual account plans for Retailers
•  Effective monitoring, tracking and closing exceptions, deferrals and deviations.
•  Delinquency management and taking steps for early recovery from overdue customers.
  
  
  

•  Should have a strong entrepreneurial competency
•  Should possess good communication and inter personal skills with an ability to work in multi-tasking environment
•  Experience in SME lending/mortgages will be an added advantage.
•  Should possess entrepreneur skills.
•  High level of integrity and dependability with strong sense of urgency and result orientation
•  Result orientation and problem solving approach."
