Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of SAP FI CO Finance solutions and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and configuration of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and configuration of SAP FI CO Finance applications. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. - Ensure the successful implementation of SAP FI CO Finance solutions. - Oversee the testing and deployment of applications. - Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SAP FI CO Finance. - Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance. - Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling principles. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FI CO modules. - Knowledge of integration points between SAP FI CO and other modules. - Experience with SAP implementation methodologies and tools. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
