  • Maintain and improve metadata quality: cleanse, enrich, and standardize metadata to improve discoverability and user experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for DAM users—provide troubleshooting, first-line support, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Coordinate regularly with brands, agencies, and campaign teams to align assets with marketing plans and use cases.
  • Develop and deliver user training (1:1 and group sessions), host office hours when needed, and create/maintain training materials and documentation.
  • Track and report on DAM usage, upload throughput, metadata quality, and support tickets; recommend improvements to processes and tooling.

Outcomes / Performance Measures

  • Asset review and approval/rejection completed within 48 hours of submission.
  • Brand Hubs are current and display relevant, approved content.
  • Regular homepage/content tile refreshes delivered in collaboration with Marketing Operations.
  • High user satisfaction for training and support; timely resolution of user issues or appropriate escalation.
  • Improved asset findability and metadata completeness over time (measurable via search success metrics or metadata completeness reports).

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 2–5 years experience managing digital asset libraries, DAM systems, or related content management roles.
  • Hands-on experience with a major DAM platform (e.g to be discussed) preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with metadata schemas, taxonomy management, and bulk asset ingestion processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; experience working with agencies and cross-functional marketing teams.
