As a member of our ground staff team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our airport. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates
• Handle passenger inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, delays, and other airport services
• Check and process passengers tickets and travel documents
• Assist passengers with baggage check-in and collection
• Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure timely and safe boarding of passengers
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the terminal and boarding gates
• Handle any customer service issues and resolve them in a professional and efficient manner
• Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage onto aircraft
• Adhere to all safety and security procedures and regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned by the airport manager Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
