Academic Coordinator – Primary School (Classes 1–6)

Ahmedabad, Gujarat | Full-time

What You'll Do

Lead and strengthen the academic programme across Classes 1–6.Coach and mentor teachers to deliver high-quality, student-centred learning.Drive curriculum implementation, instructional excellence, and student outcomes.Partner with parents, school leadership, and cross-functional teams to create an enriching school experience.Contribute to whole-school improvement and innovation initiatives.

We're Looking For

8–10+ years of teaching experience in Primary or Middle School.5+ years in an academic leadership or coordination role.Strong expertise in curriculum, pedagogy, teacher coaching, and school operations.Experience in IB, Cambridge, or progressive CBSE/CISCE schools is highly valued.
