Quality Assurance Executive

Key Responsibilities

Product Quality:

• Conduct inward, in-process, and final product inspections to ensure compliance with product specifications.
• Check dimensions, finishing, functionality, and assembly for all products.
• Perform random testing and sampling for consistency and durability.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve product quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  
  

• Inspect packaging materials and verify printing accuracy — including color consistency, text clarity, alignment, logo accuracy, and barcode readability.
• Ensure packaging design and printing match approved artwork and brand standards..
• Check packaging assembly quality — proper sealing, labeling, and presentation of the final product.
• Report any printing or packaging deviations and coordinate with the design and packaging vendors for corrections.
  
  

• Maintain QC checklists, reports, and inspection records for all product and packaging batches.
  
  

• Provide feedback to design and printing teams to improve packaging materials and print execution.
• Assist in training internal staff on basic QC procedures and product handling standards
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering / Quality / Printing / Packaging Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in QC within FMCG, packaging.
• Strong understanding of printing techniques, color management, and packaging materials.
• Knowledge of inspection tools, testing procedures, and documentation.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills
