Machinist

Position: Machinist 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC/Production machines safely and efficiently as per SOPs and work instructions.
• Load and unload components, perform machine setup, and monitor machining operations.
• Conduct in-process inspection using measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, and Height Gauge.
• Ensure product quality as per engineering drawings and process specifications.
• Maintain production targets while minimizing rejection and rework.
• Report machine abnormalities, tool wear, breakdowns, and quality issues to the Shift Supervisor.
• Follow 5S, TPM, Kaizen, and all EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines.
• Maintain production records and ensure proper housekeeping at the workplace.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and quality.

Required Qualification:

1. ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2. 6-8 years of Experience in CNC/Production Machine Operations.
3. Basic knowledge of engineering drawings, measuring instruments, and quality standards.
4. Willingness to work in rotational shifts
