Continuous Improvement Engineer

Position Summary

The Purpose of the role is to have Continuous Improvement in the organization and to have Innovation & Changes.

Follow CI (Continuous Improvement) practices related to Operational Excellence, Commercial Excellence.

Work You’ll Do

• Responsible for implementation of Hillenbrand Operating systems like Zoning / 5S / Standardization/ Problem Solving,
• Responsible for the Equipment Tools & to drive, improve & sustain them.
• Responsible for CI Audits & CI Projects (to Implement, Achieve, Drive, and Acquire).
• Responsible for Process development and for the Productivity.
• Responsible for Time and Motion study.
• Responsible for CI flow line and giving training to other people.
• Responsible for Waste Identification & Elimination hence improving processes
