Role Objective:-

To continuously listen to students, parents, and teachers across digital platforms and convert raw conversations into clear, actionable insights for product, content, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Track conversations across:
• YouTube, Instagram, Telegram, Reddit, Quora
• Amazon reviews
• Teacher & student communities
• Identify:
• Pain points
• Emerging trends
• Language shifts
• Cross-category signals
• Build a Voice of Student / Parent / Teacher repository
• Share:
• Weekly sharp observations
• Monthly insight summaries
• Alert teams immediately when:
• A major issue surfaces
• A strong opportunity appears
• A competitor narrative is gaining traction
• Work closely with category leaders to:
• Validate patterns
• Push insights into action
  
  

• Naturally curious, slightly obsessed with “what people are saying”
• Strong pattern recognition (not just data collection)
• Excellent written summarisation skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity
• Zero fear of screenshots, comments, messy language
• Education / student ecosystem exposure is a big plus
