Job Description

Conduct daily group fitness classes including and other wellness programs for hotel guests and members
Maintain and inspect all fitness equipment regularly to ensure proper functioning and safety standards
Create and manage weekly fitness class schedules and timetables to optimize member engagement and facility utilization
Monitor client progress, provide motivational support, and adjust training programs as needed to achieve fitness objectives
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professional standards throughout the fitness center and related facilities
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations in accordance with hotel and industry standards
Organize and assist with fitness-related events, wellness workshops, and promotional activities
Provide expert fitness consultations and recommendations to hotel guests and members
Maintain current fitness certifications and stay informed of the latest fitness trends and best practices
Collaborate with other wellness staff to deliver comprehensive health and fitness services
Document and report on member attendance, progress, and satisfaction metrics

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of professional fitness instruction experience
Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and proper exercise form and technique
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
Current CPR/AED certification
Professional demeanor with strong customer service orientation
Proficiency in using fitness equipment and technology
