Role Overview:-

We are looking for an experienced CHRO to lead and transform the HR function, aligning people strategy with business goals. The role requires a strategic thinker who can build a strong organisational culture, drive talent initiatives, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Develop and execute an HR strategy aligned with company objectives
• Lead talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning
• Design and implement performance management systems
• Drive employee engagement, culture building, and employer branding
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR compliance
• Partner with leadership team on organizational development
• Manage HR operations, policies, and systems
  
  

• 10–15+ years of HR experience, with at least 5+ years in leadership role
• Strong experience in organizational development and talent strategy
• Proven track record in scaling teams and building culture
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
• MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred
