• Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter
• Check passengers tickets and ensure they have the correct travel documents
• Help passengers with their luggage and guide them to the departure gate
• Provide information and assistance to passengers with special needs
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings
• Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure smooth and timely operations
• Perform administrative tasks such as ticketing and boarding pass verification
• Maintain a clean and organized airport terminal Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Basic computer skills
• Fluent in English and local language
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
