Hiring Clinical Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a Clinical Specialist to provide clinical education, product training, and patient support in hospital settings. The role involves training healthcare professionals, conducting clinical assessments, auditing medical systems, and ensuring optimal utilization of patient care solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for nurses, doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals.
  
• Demonstrate medical products and solutions using clinical and scientific rationale.
  
• Provide bedside clinical support and conduct routine ward visits.
  
• Assess patient needs and recommend appropriate product usage.
  
• Support healthcare teams in patient risk assessments (e.g., pressure injury and fall-risk evaluations).
  
• Conduct mattress checks, system audits, and utilization reviews.
  
• Build strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders and decision-makers.
  
• Ensure effective product adoption to improve patient outcomes.
  

Required Skills

• Strong clinical knowledge and patient care expertise.
  
• Excellent presentation, training, and communication skills.
  
• Good interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
  
• Fluent in English.
  
• Experience in bedside nursing and clinical training/education.
  
• Basic understanding of customer relationship management and commercial functions.
  
• Self-driven with the ability to influence and motivate healthcare teams.
  

Requirements

• B.Sc Nursing with 3–4 years of clinical experience, OR
  
• M.Sc Nursing with 1–2 years of clinical experience.
  
• Male candidates preferred.
  
• Willingness to travel within assigned hospital accounts.
