Microsoft System Server Engineer

We are currently looking to hire a Microsoft System Server Engineer for our Abu Dhabi office. This is an urgent opportunity for a skilled professional to manage and enhance a Microsoft-based server environment, ensuring stability, security, and high availability of critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and manage Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) environments
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and file services
• Manage and support Microsoft 365, Exchange Server, and hybrid environments
• Handle virtualization platforms (Hyper-V / VMware)
• Implement monitoring, patching, and backup solutions
• Troubleshoot Level 2/3 infrastructure and server issues
• Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and configurations
• Support Microsoft Azure integrations and identity management
• Work on server/storage infrastructure implementation and troubleshooting
• Basic exposure to SAN/NAS, HCI, and networking/security concepts
  
  
  

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
• 3–7 years of relevant experience
• Strong expertise in:
• Windows Server & Active Directory
• DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
• PowerShell scripting
  
• Experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, and cloud security
• Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies
• Knowledge of backup solutions, disaster recovery, and monitoring tools
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  
  

• Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
• Microsoft Windows Server Hybrid Administrator
• M365 Enterprise Administrator Expert
• VMware Certification (VCP) – a plus
