General Manager – Hotel Operations
Job Description & Key Responsibilities
Directs all property operations, staff, and finances to maximize revenue, control costs, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. They lead department heads, ensure brand standards, and report directly to the Vice President/ Managing Director.
- Operations: Oversee daily functions across the front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Finance: Manage budgets, track P&L reports, and drive profitability targets.
- Guest Relations: Maintain high satisfaction scores and resolve escalated guest complaints.
- Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate department managers and staff.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, health, and legal regulations.
