Job Description

The Territory Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving the sales and business growth of our company within a specific geographical territory. This position requires a dynamic, results-oriented professional who can identify and seize sales opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and effectively represent our brand's values and objectives. As a Territory Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that target new and existing customers to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with overall company strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of market dynamics within their territory.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay updated with current industry trends and competitive activities.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analytics to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure beneficial terms for both parties.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional activities tailored to the territory.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to represent and promote the company.
  • Provide after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve any inquiries.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and manage accounts receivables effectively.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets as established by the company.
  • Coordinate with other departments to align on sales efforts and improve customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in sales or customer service.
  • Strong understanding of sales cycle dynamics and delivery of excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Self-motivated and driven by financial incentives, with a proven track record of achievement.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and attend events.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales-related technologies is highly beneficial.
