Job Description

As a Telesales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our company's customer base through direct communication with potential clients over the telephone. Your primary responsibility will be to generate sales by using a persuasive and customer-centric approach to sell our products or services. You will identify customer needs, keep up with product knowledge, and work closely with the sales and marketing teams to enhance customer relationships and achieve sales goals. Responsibilities

  • Keep abreast of product innovations, market trends, and competitors' activities.
  • Develop and foster strong relationships with customers to drive retention.
  • Record all customer interactions, feedback, and sales transactions accurately.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement new sales ideas.
  • Provide personalized solutions to meet the individual needs of customers.
  • Handle customer objections and clarify technical product aspects efficiently.
  • Coordinate with marketing to identify new leads and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance skills.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to switch between multiple projects and responsibilities effectively.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasive skills to close deals successfully.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems for sales processes.
  • Goal-oriented and self-driven individual with a positive attitude towards work.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
