Job Description

The Telesales Executive is a crucial member of our dynamic sales team, responsible for generating sales and building relationships with clients over the phone. As a Telesales Executive, you will leverage your communication skills to connect with potential customers, identify their needs, and offer tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Responsibilities

  • Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about our products and services.
  • Answer questions about products or the company and address any customer concerns.
  • Ask questions to understand customer needs and propose relevant solutions.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing, and overcoming them with viable solutions.
  • Direct prospects to the appropriate sales staff when needed for in-depth discussions.
  • Keep detailed records of calls and sales, updating the database with accurate information.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the achievement of team sales goals.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into sales to achieve targets.
  • Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific customer needs.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed advice.
  • Provide feedback to the team on customer needs and the effectiveness of sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
  • Friendly, confident, and patient personality with strong negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and practices to manage customer relationships efficiently.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
  • High school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
