Job Description

Telesales Executives are dynamic professionals who play a crucial role in driving sales over the phone for an organization. In this position, you'll have the opportunity to be on the front lines of customer interaction, dealing with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating how our offerings can meet those needs. Your primary focus will be to generate revenue by selling products or services and maintaining a high standard of customer care. Moreover, Telesales Executives are responsible for fostering relationships with both new and existing clients and ensuring that inquiries are handled promptly and professionally. A successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a knack for problem-solving to handle objections and close deals.


Responsibilities

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products and services.
  • Answer queries about company offerings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Utilize scripts to provide information and present our products effectively.
  • Understand customer requirements and close sales to meet individual sales targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of telephonic conversations using CRM systems.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initiation to closure with efficiency.
  • Handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and follow-up actions.
  • Contribute to team efforts by achieving monthly sales quotas consistently.
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers to foster retention.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve sales techniques and promotional tactics.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Evaluate customer feedback to align sales strategies with client expectations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and clearly articulate their benefits.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills with a persuasive and assertive approach.
  • Ability to manage customer relationships and handle various objections professionally.
  • Experience in working with telephonic systems and using relevant CRM software.
  • Motivation to achieve targets and a drive to go beyond them for maximum results.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is advantageous.
