The Telesales Executive position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your communication and sales skills in a dynamic work environment. Responsibilities

  • Understand and clearly articulate product benefits to all prospective customers effectively.
  • Listen attentively to customer inquiries and resolve them with timely responses.
  • Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into successful sales transactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and achieve sales targets consistently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights to management.
  • Handle objections professionally to satisfy customer concerns and close sales effectively.
  • Deliver sales presentations tailored to the specific needs of each customer.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Keep abreast of changing product offerings to provide up-to-date information to customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a telesales or similar sales role is essential.
  • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills to engage various customers.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques, including negotiation and objection handling.
  • Ability to use CRM software to manage sales pipeline and records efficiently.
  • Self-motivated and driven with an aptitude for achieving sales targets.
