The Tele Sales Executive – B2B Telecom is a dynamic role that requires exceptional communication and customer relationship skills, suited for individuals who can effectively connect with businesses and promote our telecom solutions. This position is pivotal as it involves driving sales and expanding our customer base in the business-to-business telecom market. The ideal candidate will engage with potential clients over the phone, identify their telecom needs, and provide tailored solutions to fulfill them. Success in this role means not just meeting but exceeding set sales targets and maintaining productive relationships with all business contacts. Your role will involve engaging prospective clients, closing sales, and playing a fundamental part in the company’s growth by achieving revenue goals and increasing the market share of our telecom services.


Responsibilities

  • Contact potential business clients via phone to inform them of our telecom services.
  • Identify client business needs and present tailored telecommunications solutions effectively.
  • Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and sales opportunities.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing sales successfully.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and new clients for long-term partnerships.
  • Handle client inquiries with detailed information on product features, pricing, and availability.
  • Track and report on sales outcome metrics and KPIs regularly to management.
  • Create and adapt sales scripts to better address the prospective client's needs and situation.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Follow up on customer interactions and ensure client satisfaction post-sale.
  • Attend training sessions and continuous learning opportunities to enhance selling skills.
  • Prepare accurate reports and document client interactions and sales progress.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of B2B telecom services and market trends.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to easily build client rapport.
  • Ability to handle and overcome sales objections to successfully close deals.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and systems for tracking and managing client information.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple sales tasks.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
