The Tele Sales Executive – B2B Telecom plays a crucial role in driving the sales operations of a company's telecommunications products and services aimed at business clients. Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective B2B clients through phone calls and introduce telecom products.
  • Identify and understand the specific telecom needs of business clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of telecom products and services.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with business clients over the phone.
  • Collaborate with sales team to align strategies and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, track sales activities, and update client information.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators set by management.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on sales activities and customer feedback to leadership.
  • Stay updated on telecom industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to enhance sales and product knowledge.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction and retention strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent certification required.
  • Proven experience in tele sales, preferably within the B2B telecom industry.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to understand and interpret business customer needs and objectives.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-oriented approach.
  • Experience using CRM software and other telephone sales platforms effectively.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
