Job Description

The Tele Caller Executive is an integral part of the sales and customer service teams, responsible for engaging clients and potential clients via phone calls. This role demands someone with excellent communication skills who can effectively convey product information, handle inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction levels. The ideal candidate should be able to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and follow up diligently to boost the company's sales efforts. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of company's products and services.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and information.
  • Maintain an updated record of all client communications and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure their complete satisfaction and resolution of issues.
  • Meet or exceed set targets and performance metrics as directed by management.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service and sales performance.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to sales and marketing teams to improve product offerings.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and adjust selling strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations during calls.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others through effective communication.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections confidently.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Proficient in using basic computer applications and CRM software.
  • High level of self-motivation and commitment to achieving targets.
