Job Description

A Tele Caller Executive plays a pivotal role in an organization's customer engagement strategies. As frontline representatives, Tele Caller Executives are responsible for establishing communication channels, ensuring clients or potential customers have a positive experience and are informed about the services or products offered by the company. They essentially act as the voice of the company, providing critical support to both sales teams and customer service units by answering inquiries, addressing issues, scheduling appointments, and fielding sales calls. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle objections gracefully. Tele Caller Executives are crucial in generating leads, boosting sales, and maintaining client relationships. Their performance and effectiveness have a direct impact on the company's profitability and reputation in the marketplace.


Responsibilities

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
  • Manage a significant number of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
  • Use scripts to provide information about product features and competitive pricing.
  • Answer questions about products or the company to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Direct prospects to the sales team for opportunities that require further assistance.
  • Enter and update customer information accurately in the database for future reference.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide suitable solutions within company guidelines.
  • Keep records of calls, track conversation topics, and enter results into CRM systems.
  • Consistently achieve individual and team quotas within given timelines.
  • Provide feedback on call trends and customer concerns to management for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Tele Caller Executive or in a similar customer service role.
  • High school diploma; additional qualification in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices to manage customer information efficiently.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and another regional language.
  • Customer-focused and adaptable to different personality types and behaviors.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stress in a fast-paced work environment.
