Job Description

As a Tele Caller Executive at 20N25, you will be the voice of our company, responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone and generating leads in a fast-paced environment. Your main objective will be to foster a sustained and impactful relationship with our diverse client base, delivering outstanding customer service while reaching out to potential leads. Responsibilities

  • Make outgoing calls to potential clients and cover their service inquiries.
  • Maintain an accurate database of clients and manage client relationship records.
  • Identify new opportunities with individual customers to achieve monthly targets.
  • Provide information on our products and services to encourage customer interest.
  • Adhere to a script while personalizing conversations to build genuine client rapport.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead conversion goals and targets.
  • Feedback queries or customer complaints to the relevant department for resolution.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and brainstorm improvements.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage contacts, maintain records, and follow up on leads.
  • Recommend product or service enhancements for improving customer satisfaction.
  • Research the market to stay updated with company products and services trends.
  • Track sales and marketing metrics to analyze performance against targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Tele Caller or relevant sales/customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build productive relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection calmly.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices for efficient customer management.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and offer the best solutions effectively.
