Job Description

The Tele Caller Executive is a dynamic role that requires an energetic individual with excellent communication and listening skills to engage with potential and existing customers. As a Tele Caller Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to canvas prospective clients, resolve customer inquiries, provide information on our products and services, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will be the voice representing our company, thus playing a pivotal role in the brand perception of our organization. The ideal candidate should be persuasive, build a strong rapport with the clientele, be proactive in problem-solving, and maintain a high degree of professionalism in all interactions. Your ability to close sales and meet or exceed set targets will be critical in moving the organization towards its revenue goals.


Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers and engage with them.
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services.
  • Build rapport with potential customers to encourage long-term relationships.
  • Handle customer queries promptly and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
  • Record customer information accurately in the database for future reference.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain a polite and professional demeanor at all times in communications.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and current promotions.
  • Follow up on leads and referrals from field activity and marketing campaigns.
  • Participate in individual and team training sessions to improve skills.
  • Provide feedback to management for process improvements and product enhancements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a tele caller or in a similar customer service role.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
  • Ability to work with targets and meet objectives as set by the company.
  • Proficient in MS Office and any CRM software for managing calls.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle rejection or objections.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail in customer interaction.
