Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a tele-caller or similar customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Adequate computer literacy, with familiarity in CRM software preferred.
  • Strong persuasion skills and ability to handle customer objections.
  • Highly motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed goals.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and good organizational skills.
