Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and sourcing needs.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and engage qualified candidates effectively.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of diverse talent for future hiring needs.
  • Conduct extensive research to support the identification of potential candidates.
  • Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the role's requirements and company culture.
  • Leverage social media platforms to enhance the recruitment process and candidate engagement.
  • Manage and update candidate information in the company’s recruitment database system.
  • Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to find passive candidates.
  • Communicate and provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Analyse market trends to refine and improve sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.
  • Coordinate with recruiters to schedule interviews and manage candidate assessments.
  • Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to represent the organization positively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or in a similar recruitment role.
  • Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for the role.
  • Ability to effectively utilize social media and other online platforms for recruitment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple recruitment processes.
  • Familiarity with recruitment databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
