Ideal candidates for this role are proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates for open positions.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and requirements.
  • Utilize social media platforms to enhance sourcing and build talent pools.
  • Screen resumes to pre-qualify candidates based on their qualifications and experience.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline by engaging with passive candidates and building relationships.
  • Track recruitment metrics and report on sourcing activities and results.
  • Attend career fairs and networking events to promote the company brand.
  • Use applicant tracking systems to manage candidate data efficiently.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the company’s recruitment database.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and candidate search strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building candidate relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
