Responsibilities

• Design and execute detailed test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
• Identify, document, and report software defects to the development team efficiently.
• Collaborate with software developers to resolve issues and troubleshoot bugs promptly.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure previous features are functioning correctly after updates.
• Implement and maintain automated testing scripts to increase efficiency in testing practices.
• Review and analyze system specifications to determine test requirements and objectives.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements and optimization.
• Stay updated with the latest testing tools and industry trends to enhance testing strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to test planning and strategy discussions.
• Ensure all test activities are completed on schedule and within the designated timeline.
• Create detailed documentation of testing procedures and results for future reference.
• Verify compliance with workplace and software development quality standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in software testing with both manual and automated methods.
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or TestRail is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for efficient team collaboration.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks according to project needs.
