Job Description

A Social Media Manager is a dynamic and influential role in our company that demands creativity, innovation, and enthusiasm. This position is responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. The Social Media Manager will manage and oversee social media content, develop campaigns, and work closely with internal teams to ensure consistency in the brand’s communication. The successful candidate should possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of current social media platforms, and the ability to analyze data for optimizing engagement and company growth. This role is integral in enhancing our company’s brand image and expanding our digital footprint.


Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase brand awareness.
  • Create engaging and creative content to promote the company’s products and services.
  • Define the most important social media KPIs to measure success and effectiveness.
  • Manage and oversee social media content across all platforms consistently.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams for cohesive brand messaging.
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media for partnerships.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Design social media campaigns to achieve targeted objectives and brand goals.
  • Analyze and report on social media campaigns' performance and user engagement.
  • Generate and manage regular and timely schedules for posting and promotions.
  • Provide constructive feedback and development for the social media team members.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in content management and creation with a creative mindset.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
  • Proficient in using social media tools and platforms for analytics and scheduling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
