Responsibilities

  • Provide expert technical support and guidance to the sales team during client meetings.
  • Liaise between sales team and engineering to tailor solutions to fit client requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of technical product presentations and proposals.
  • Analyze client needs and develop appropriate sales strategies to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with product management to ensure client feedback informs product development.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and services to support client inquiries.
  • Facilitate problem-solving and troubleshooting to overcome client objections and technical challenges.
  • Support post-sales processes to ensure seamless service installation and satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver training sessions for sales team on technical aspects of products.
  • Monitor market trends to identify potential technical solutions fit for new sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with clients to foster long-term business partnerships.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and training to stay informed on industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales support engineering role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Proven ability to translate technical solutions into effective sales strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales support technologies is necessary.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
