Job Description

The Senior Manager – Performance Marketing will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our marketing efforts. This position is responsible for leading strategic planning and execution of performance marketing campaigns with a focus on optimizing spend to achieve maximum return on investment. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Senior Manager will develop and implement strategies across various channels, including PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing. A strong analytical mindset, combined with excellent leadership and communication skills, is essential for this role. The Senior Manager will have the ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable steps, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of market trends and consumer behavior.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of performance marketing specialists.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure and optimize campaign performance and ROI.
  • Oversee the management of advertising budgets to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and implement new tactics to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Create and present detailed performance reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to produce high-impact marketing content and messaging.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and ethical marketing standards.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success and benchmarks for future campaigns.
  • Drive continuous improvement by leveraging A/B testing and other optimization techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of seven years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and AdWords.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with efficient multitasking.
